Southwest High School Clinic – South Minneapolis

Southwest High School Based Clinic is a combined physical and mental health clinic located in Southwest High School for students enrolled at the school. We provide high quality affordable and comprehensive medical and behavioral health services by professional staff specializing in adolescent health. Our staff consists of a Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Doctor, Mental Health Professionals, Registered Dietician, Medical Assistant and Health Educator.

We are convenient for students, our services are affordable for adolescents and all appointments are confidential and student specific. Adolescents have the opportunity to meet with staff that specializes in adolescent health and we also help them to gain practice in managing their own healthcare for future needs. Our clinic is designed for teens so they feel comfortable and supported during their adolescent years.

Only Minneapolis Public School Students that will graduate from Southwest.
