South High School Clinic – South Minneapolis

South High School clinic is a combined physical and mental health clinics located in South High School. The clinic provides high quality affordable and comprehensive medical and behavioral health services by professional staff specializing in adolescent health. Our staff consists of a Nurse Practitioner, Health Educator, Doctor, Mental Health Professionals, Registered Dietician, and Medical Assistant.

South High School clinic is convenient for students and our services are affordable for adolescents. Adolescents have the opportunity to meet with staff that specialize in adolescent health and we also help them to gain practice in managing their own healthcare for future needs. All appointments are confidential and student specific. Our clinic is designed for teens so they feel comfortable and supported during their adolescent years.

Only Minneapolis Public School Students that will graduate from South.

Parking: Free lot

Sometimes in the summer if students can get here we will provide a bus token to get home.
