North High School Based Clinic - North Minneapolis

Services include basic health care (physicals, immunizations, minor illness care, etc), confidential sexual health services, and mental health counseling. The clinic is staffed by medical providers and a licensed psychologist from NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center. Appointments can be scheduled in advance or as walk-ins.

Minnesota law requires that sexual health services are offered to teens confidentially. Parental permission is needed for people under 18 for other medical services and mental health counseling for all ages.

The clinic is open during the school year. It is closed on holidays and during Minneapolis Public School closures.

The clinic accepts most insurance plans. Students without insurance will not receive a bill. We assist students to apply for medical coverage or the MN Family Planning Program (MFPP).

The North High School Based Clinic serves any student who attends North High School, children of students attending North High School, students who compete on a North High School team or students who will receive a North High diploma when they graduate from high school.
