Family Tree Clinic is a sliding fee, nonprofit, community clinic and education center founded in 1971. We provide reproductive and sexual health care, limited primary care, trans hormone care, outreach education, volunteer opportunities and operate the MN Family Planning and STD Hotline. Over the years we have built our cultural competency in serving diverse communities across the metro and we pride ourselves on being an excellent place for LGBTQ identified folks to get care. We also work with the Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing community to provide family planning and reproductive health education, individual health coaching, advocacy and care. We envision Minnesota as a place where every person can access the health services they need and deserve. Be healthy. Be you. CostAll services are offered on a sliding fee scale, and no one is turned away based on inability to pay. Many of the services we provide are covered by a state program called the Minnesota Family Planning Program (must be between the ages of 15-50 to be eligible). People who get coverage on this program access FREE services. We also accept many different health insurances including medical assistance and other state plans, and private insurance.
