Face To Face Clinic – St. Paul

We provide confidential, non-judgmental healthcare for youth ages 11-24 years old. Our services include STI testing & treatment, various birth control methods, treatment for minor illness or injury, school/sports/work physicals, immunizations, pregnancy care and mental health services. We proudly provide support and services for GLBTQ youth. Our staff love young people and are excited to be able to assist you in meeting your health care needs.

Your confidentiality is incredibly important to us. While some types of visits (injury, illness, and physicals) require parental permission for minors, all sexual health visits are 100% confidential and we will never share your health information without your permission (unless you are in immediate danger).

We also have a drop-in center for youth ages 14-24 called SafeZone downtown St. Paul (651.224.9644). SafeZone has food, clothing, education services, housing assistance, medical & mental health services, and other helpful resources.

No one is ever turned away for inability to pay!  We have a sliding fee, which means you only pay a fraction of normal clinic visit costs. We accept all insurance plans and if you don’t have insurance, we have staff specifically trained to assist you in getting it. You pay what you can afford to pay.

We serve youth ages 11-24 years old. Anyone in this age range can get our services. We welcome GLBTQ persons.
